The new dock mirrors this design, completed with 20 slips.

Built to Impress

A new premium 20-slip dock is coming to the front of Gobblers Mountain Resort.

  • 11 x 30’ slips with 12 x 30 on request

  • Open frame with an uninterrupted view down the walkway

  • 6 x 60’ extra-wide gangway with a steel Howe-truss build

  • Tall roof line with 10 ft of clearance

  • Textured white concrete tiles that stay cool

  • XL swim deck with both sun and shade

  • Solar Panels + Battery Setup

  • Overhead lighting

  • Electric available at each slip

  • New lockers with a clean, modern finish

This dock is built to last. The build uses heavier hot-dip galvanized steel throughout.

The frame uses a full hot-dip galvanized finish, a 15-inch Warren-truss design, and grade-8 hardware.

Each span locks into the next through an interlocking system that keeps everything tight and steady through storms and weight shifts.

All roof steel is galvanized for long-term protection, with a tall, open feel that gives plenty of room for covers and lifts.

Floats have reinforced corners and meet Corps standards for absorption.

The 6 x 60 gangway has composite decking and a slight camber that cuts bounce and gives a solid feel underfoot. The longer span means less adjusting when lake levels change.

It’s the closest new dock on Table Rock to south Springfield, with an easy 50-minute drive.

The dock comes with a 15-year workmanship warranty, backed by Fitzco.
